Professor Mike Kearsey BSc, PhD is an international authority on biometrical genetics and gives training in experimental design and statistics to the company's biotechnology clients.

  Managing Director, Gina Kearsey, holds a BSc in Molecular Genetics and an MSc in Biological Computation. She is a fully-trained software developer with data management, mathematical and statistical skills and has 20 years of experience in software development. Her interest in finding solutions from data sets led her to also complete a PhD in biometrical genetics.
